28/02/09 update: Removed from the above list are scrapped 47309 and part scrapped 47358, the status of 47375 has been changed to stored.

07/03/09 update: Status of 47798 changed to reflect its return to main line service. It has received the light blue colour to show that it is an officially preserved loco that is a main line runner, as per 47580 and 47773.
47701 location changed from Toddington to Meldon Quarry after a recent move.

17/03/09 update: 47270 and 47292 'pool code' area background colour changed from black/green respectively - these should have been white to show that they are privately owned or owned by a minor company.

18/03/09 update: 47787 renamed Windsor Castle.

30/03/09 update: 47375 owner changed from Cotswold Rail to Booths.

10/06/09 update: 47197, 47224, 47279, 47302, 47303 (all scrapped) and 47270, 47292 (both preserved) have been deleted from the DHLT pool. 47145 has moved to Darlington from Gloucester. 47540 has moved by road from Sinderby to Langley Mill. 47643 no longer has a Scotrail blue stripe. 47714 now at Great Central Railway. 47716 moved from Dartmoor to Gloucester to Barrow Hill. 47799 moved from Old Oak Common to Eastleigh. 47818 sold by Cotswold Rail to HNRC and presumed de-named. 47832 from XHNC to XHHP, considered stored serviceable.

03/07/09 update: 47292 from no pool to MBDL for movement to ELR (had been DHLT until a month ago). 47375 from no pool to MBDL, owner now unknown - loco moved to Barrow Hill. 47484 from no pool to TTLS. 47643 from MBDL pool to RAJV (a defunct Inverness loco pool). 47818 from MBDL pool to HNRS. 47828 from CRRH pool to ADFL following thunderbird contract loss, 828 now being used on freight work and just 810 and 813 left in CRRH. 47832 reinstated to service from XHHP back to XHNC.

02/09/09 update: 47270 returned to mainline operation, ex preserved status.
47292 repaint finished - ex Freightliner. 47402 repaint started, ex BR Blue. 47488 added(was missing from list), owner unknown.
47540 moved from Langley Mill (Heanor Haulage Yard) to Leeming Bar.
47798 returned to YorkNRM for display.
47810 + 47813 from CRRH to HNRL. 47818 from HNRS to HNRL.

04/02/11 update:
47150 is still in the DHLT pool, albeit now scrapped.
47237 now CROL pool, 01/11 ex ADFL. It moved from Gloucester to Carnforth on 31/01/11. Status changed from serviceable to stored however, seeing as it's been sat around for a long time!
47289 cutting complete.
Previously listed as not being in a pool, 47703 is in HNRS.
47810 now XHAC 01/11, previously in XHCK which it moved to in 12/10 from XHHP, regarded as still serviceable although yet to work a train for DRS.
47811 and 47830 have moved from Basford Hall to Barrow Hill.
47841 moved from XHHP to XHAC 12/10, status changed from stored to serviceable though yet to work a train for DRS, it was however noted shunting another loco at Barrow Hill late last year.
47851 was repainted maroon 10/10, now without names, previously named 'Traction magazine'.

08/02/12 update:
47105 - now numbered 1693.
47150 - still in DHLT pool, was scrapped in 2010.
47192 - changed to *yellow* cab surrounds, it lost the green cab surrounds at the last repaint.
47205 - repainted 10/11, two tone grey as before but now with RfD branding. Also numbered '47395' at number 1 end cab side and front only.
47237 - operational status changed from orange (stored) to blue (mainline operational). Pool code changed from CROL to MBDL, returned to service 07/11. Repainted 11/11 DRS blue with Advenza branding to WCR maroon.
47245 - 'sp' note added to show loco is fitted with snowploughs.
47295 - scrapped, ex HNRC.
47355 - livery changed (just said black on fleet page previously) to 'black with red Fragonset branding'.
47367 - repaint to BR blue completed.
47375 - status changed from orange (stored) to blue as it returned to mainline use.
47484 - owner changed from Traditional Traction to Pioneer Diesel Group, restoration now underway.
47501 - unique to DRS multiple working socket removed.
47525 - although it was scrapped in 2010 it returned to TOPS in the SDXL pool in 2011.
47575 - removed from RTLS pool, it had been scrapped in 2010.
47635 - moved to x for repairs (is it still there?). Removed from TOPS in 2011, taken out of MBDL pool.
47701 - status changed to new pink code; 'Business tool on private line' which is used to describe this and 47714.
47703 - has changed somewhen from HNRL to HNRS pool.
47707 - removed from NRLS pool, it had been scrapped in 2010.
47712 - stored with high engine hours 08/11 and moved from XHAC to XHSS pool, last working 17/08/11. Now in use as a shunter/carriage heating loco at Crewe LNWR. Status changed from blue (mainline operational) to red (yard shunter/ETH source).
47714 - was removed from TOPS in 2010 though has returned, now in the HNRL pool and is at the Old Dalby test track. Status changed to new pink code; 'Business tool on private line' which is used to describe this and 47701.
47715 - Wensleydale loco returned to MBDL pool, having been off TOPS.
47716 - removed from NRLS pool, it had been scrapped in 2010.
47746 - from Brush Type 4 Fund to WCR at Carnforth for restoration and a return to service, 24/07/11 to MBDL pool (previously off TOPS), status colour changed from yellow to orange.
47747 - from Riviera to DRS, pool code RTLO to XHHP.
47750 - deleted from TOPS pool MBDL, it had been scrapped in 2008. Last recorded date on TOPS was 16/11/11.
47760 - 'sp' note added to show loco is fitted with snowploughs.
47768 - from C.Hookings of Barry to WCR at Carnforth for spares, status colour changed from yellow to orange. Re-entered on TOPS in MBDL pool to allow it to be hauled to Carnforth.
47785 - repainted xx/11 in to same EWS style.
47787 - loco saw no use through year so status changed from blue (mainline operational) to orange (stored). Undergoing repairs to return to service.
47790 - repainted 05/11 from DRS livery to Northern Belle colours.
47799 - status changed from orange (stored) to yellow (preserved). Removed from WNXX pool and deleted from TOPS.
47802 - unique to DRS multiple working socket removed.
47805 - from Riviera to DRS, pool code RTLO to XHHP. Denamed 'Talisman'. Repainted xx/11 from Riviera blue to DRS blue, received DRS branding 01/12.
47810 - received DRS branding early in the year, previously all blue. Named Peter Bath MBE 1927-2006.
47811 - spent 2011 until 13/05/11 at Barrow Hill under repair and on that date returned to Basford Hall where it is used as a shunter. Status colour changed from orange (stored) to red (yard shunter/ETH source).
47813 - not sure when this became a DRS loco but has been at Eastleigh since 2011 under overhaul for DRS after moving from Barrow Hill.
47818 - received DRS branding after beginning year in plain blue. XHHP pool by 02/11, fitted with multiple working for first time, to XHAC on 18/06/11. Entered traffic 19/06/11.
47828 - status changed from orange (stored) to blue (mainline operational), XHHP to XHAC pool, returned to service 10/11.
47832 - repainted 07?/11 from DRS livery to Northern Belle colours.
47839 - from Riviera to DRS, pool code RTLO to XHHP. Denamed 'Pegasus'.
47841 - returned to mainline service, had already been in XHAC pool at start of year though didn't enter service until 20/06/11.
47843 - loco saw no use through year so status changed from blue (mainline operational) to orange (stored).
47847 - loco saw no mainline use through year so status changed from blue (mainline operational), though to red (yard shunter/ETH source) as it sees use in Eastleigh yard.
47848 - loco saw no use through year so status changed from blue (mainline operational) to orange (stored).
47851 - no longer carries number D1648, was removed at 10/10 repaint from two tone green to maroon but had not been removed from list.
47853 - from Riviera to DRS, pool code still RTLO though. Repainted 01/12 from xp64 light blue to DRS blue. Denamed 'Rail Express'. No longer carries number D1733.

08/01/13 update:
47105 - currently out of service undergoing an overhaul.
47375 - named TINSLEY TRACTION DEPOT xx/09/12.
47488 - now stored at Burton.
47501 - spent some of 2012 in the stored XHHP pool, now back in service.
47579 - see 47793.
47580 - repainted 05/12 from BR Large Logo with blue cabsides and silver roof to BR Blue with silver roof and Union flags on bodysides.
47596 - BR Blue to NSE livery, named Aldeburgh Festival xx/09/12, also in MBDL pool by 01/13 having previously not been on TOPS.
47635 - moved from Peak Rail to the Battlefield Line for repairs and then remained there.
47640 - operational status changed from orange to pink; business tool in use on private line. Shouldn't have been orange as it wasn't in store!
47703 - moved from Leeming Bar to Burton Wetmore Sidings.
47709 - from XHSS pool at Eastleigh to scrap, 09/12, removed from TOPS.
47744 - moved from Barrow Hill to Burton Wetmore Sidings.
47746 - note changed from awaiting restoration to restoration underway.
47765 - repainted from Res livery to undercoat at NVR by 09/12.
47769 - status changed from blue to red ('depot shunter/ETS supply') as it hasn't operated on the mainline for some time but does still shunt at Crewe.
47786 - name corrected to add OBE to end of name.
47791 - status changed from orange to white ('loco expected to be scrapped') as it is unlikely to be restored.
47793 - renumbered to 47579. Repainted by 09/12 from EWS livery to BR Blue with silver roof. Named James Nightall G.C. xx/09/12.
47804 - maroon repaint 06/12.
47805 - XHHP to XHAC pool.
47811 - now says Basford Hall shunter, shouldn't have said stored at Barrow Hill!
47813 - from silver to full DRS livery by 06/12. Named Solent 17/08/12. From XHHP to XHAC pool and serviceable status changed from orange to blue.
47826 - maroon repaint in 07/12 saw it lose Scarborough Spa advertising.
47828 - corrected, - had returned to service in prior to last update, livery also corrected to DRS from silver.
47839 - stored at Eastleigh, serviceable status changed from blue to orange to reflect this.
47843 - serviceable status changed from orange to blue as it operated during 2012.
47847 - moved from Eastleigh to Crewe's former DMD.
47853 - renamed RAIL EXPRESS xx/xx/12 (by September). From DRS blue to DRS full livery 05/12 and moved from RTLO top XHHP pool same month. Later to XHAC pool.
47854 - named Diamond Jubilee xx/05/12, first working with the name was on 01/06/12.
